Arriving for a booked session
- Arrive 15 minutes before your start time. Kit fitting and the safety briefing happen before the session begins; late arrivals may not be able to join.
- Free parking is available on site.
- Bring your booking reference (MM-XXXX-XXXX) on your phone or printed, and ID if you are booked on an 18+ experience.
- Wear closed shoes and clothing you can move in. Protective gear and weapons are provided; a change of clothes is sensible for outdoor sessions in wet weather.
- Outdoor sessions run in light rain. If conditions are unsafe we move to the covered area, reschedule, or contact you before the session.
- Spectators are welcome at events with a spectator pass. For training sessions, please check the experience page — space by the arena is limited.
